* Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest PosLaju office and you will have to collect it yourself there.

** For Pre-Order Shoes :-
- We reserve the rights to extend our pre-order date if we didn't meet the said Minimum Order Quantity of our supplier. (if applicable)
- No READY STOCK in hand.
- 100% full payment must be made before the closing date/full payment. Strictly NO CANCELLATION after payment made. Money will not be refund to cancel order customers.
- Pre-Order Shoes will only arrive in about 3 - 4 weeks after the spree is close for order/full payment. Your patience if greatly appreciated.
- Customer will need to bear the risks for all pre-orders. We will not hold responsible for complaint such as different colour, not as nice as imagine, too small, too big, quality not good as imagine, small stain, don't like the colour, etc.
- Buyer should allow within 1-2 inch discrepancies for the measurement stated on the shoes due to different ways of measurement.
- Items sold are NOT REFUNDABLE or EXCHANGEABLE.
- Please do not order if you cannot be patience.
- Shoes will be shipped out to you within 2 days of us receiving them.
- Please be patience if there happens to be a delay.
- Money will be refund 100% if the item are OUT OF STOCK.
